TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (San Diego preference)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and local engagement.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight value to business owners.
  • Maintain clean data, accurate forecasting, and activity metrics within the CRM.
  • Understand SMB pain points to effectively position platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and product adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and closing capabilities.
  • Highly organized approach to managing multiple concurrent deals.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored for small business owners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payment technology.
  • Exposure to the beauty, wellness, or local services industries.
