Location: Must be based in the United States (San Diego preference)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and local engagement.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight value to business owners.
- Maintain clean data, accurate forecasting, and activity metrics within the CRM.
- Understand SMB pain points to effectively position platform solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and product adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity sales environments.
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and closing capabilities.
- Highly organized approach to managing multiple concurrent deals.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for small business owners.

- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payment technology.
