Salary: $96,000 – $192,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end web design, UX, and information architecture for the Breakout website and conversion flows.
• Build an AI-driven design system including components, templates, and prompts to enable the wider team to produce on-brand work independently.
• Extend the brand system across lifecycle emails, organic social media, and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure clean handoff and high-fidelity implementation of designs.
• Create rapid, clickable, code-backed prototypes to test and iterate on concepts.
• Maintain and evolve the Breakout brand guidelines and asset toolkit to ensure consistency as output scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped marketing work.
• Deep expertise in Web UX, responsive layout, design systems, and conversion design using Figma.
• Must be fluent in AI design tooling (e.g., Claude Design, Figma AI, Nano Banana Pro).
• Proven ability to build scalable design systems and reusable patterns rather than one-off assets.
• Ability to produce clickable prototypes (comfort with HTML/CSS or AI-assisted code is a plus).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or other regulated high-intent categories.
• Skills in motion and video design (After Effects, Rive, or AI motion tools).
• Front-end coding ability (HTML/CSS/React).
• Experience with performance creative design and iterating paid ad assets at volume.
