What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve role-based training programs for frontline employees across various service lines.
• Translate standard operating procedures into scalable training materials, including job aids and playbooks.
• Partner with Operations and Client Services to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted coaching solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, reinforce standards, and ensure consistent application of training.
• Facilitate leadership and skill-building sessions and lead train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Track training completion, compliance, and certifications to ensure audit readiness (CIMS, OSHA).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training, workforce development, or operations within janitorial or facility maintenance industries.
• Proven ability to design and deliver vocational training programs that drive measurable performance.
• Strong knowledge of custodial operations, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Experience working with diverse, distributed, and multilingual employee populations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50%.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with CIMS, OSHA, or similar certification programs.
• Experience supporting train-the-trainer programs.
