What you will do

• Identify workforce learning and development needs.
• Coordinate training and track workforce skills.
• Support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.

Requirements

• Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC.
