• Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs to support mission-critical operations.
• Track workforce skills and lead employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend strategic improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in workforce development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Washington, DC.
