Focus on coaching managers on accountability and development, leading investigations and corrective actions, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing onsite operations.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary People partner for Houston employees and Medicare Advantage leaders, translating business priorities into people solutions.
  • Coach managers on performance, development, engagement, and accountability to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Lead employee relations end-to-end, including investigations, corrective actions, and complex conversations.
  • Support performance management cycles, onboarding, offboarding, and leaves while ensuring compliant practices.
  • Oversee onsite office operations, facilities, IT, security, vendors, and employee/visitor experience.
  • Design engagement initiatives and executive experiences to foster culture and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years progressive HR experience in fast-paced or regulated environments like healthcare or call centers.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to partner with front-line and mid-level leaders to drive accountability and performance.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance fundamentals.
  • Comfortable in highly visible, fully onsite role with high autonomy and ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with office operations or facilities coordination.
  • Background in change management or manager capability building.
  • Partnership with Legal or HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Onsite employee experience design.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills.
