What you will do

• Lead the technical design and development of scalable Quickbase solutions, including workflows and data models.
• Serve as the lead developer on client engagements, translating business requirements into executable tasks.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability through sound system design.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and guide platform decisions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Quickbase solutions to improve client operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Quickbase development experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of process-driven applications and system design.
• Proven consulting or client-facing experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with other low-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
