Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday based out of Headquarters in Maple Plain, MN. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $87,400 - $131,000 a year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software for digital manufacturing and commerce platforms.
• Build and enhance features using .NET Core, C#, web services, and SQL Server.
• Implement AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Co-pilot into the development workflow.
• Create unit tests and automated acceptance tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in requirements gathering, system design discussions, and code reviews.
• Support global systems via a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with version control systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or granted refugee/asylee status.
• Individuals with temporary visas (e.g., E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN or OPT) are not eligible for hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and MS SQL Server.
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
• Understanding of common .NET architectural patterns.
• Experience supporting distributed or service-oriented systems.
