What you will do

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and product designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in planning, analysis, and forecasting activities for technical projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of demonstrated application development experience.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
