Senior Customer Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (EMEA Region)

Salary: €120,000 - €160,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for strategic enterprise customers.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to identify high-value use cases and translate product capabilities into scalable patterns.
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement, including technical workshops, executive briefings, and developer trainings.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting and technical escalations, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
• Synthesize customer feedback and implementation patterns to influence the product and technical roadmap.
• Develop scalable resources, documentation, playbooks, and code samples to assist customer adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Proven track record of leading technical implementations for enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, GraphQL, headless CMS, and component-based architectures.
• Experience with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
