Location: Remote, must be based in the United States (ideally Austin, Chicago, or Denver)

Salary: Base $150,000–$185,000, OTE $300,000–$370,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Execute lead generation and prospecting targeting executives and regulatory leaders in pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Develop and run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Work with the Product team to align platform capabilities and roadmap with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and lead interactions using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, involving up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of software sales experience specifically within life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in SaaS, document management solutions, and documented contract sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with FDA, EMA, or ICH regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience selling directly to startups and biotech companies in the drug development space.
