What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of product-related initiatives from initiation through delivery and closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks and issues to ensure projects stay on track.
• Translate high-level project goals into structured, actionable plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools.

Requirements

• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience interfacing directly with customers to manage expectations and facilitate outcomes.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
