What you will do

• Manage multiple large-scale, complex technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Define and manage project scope, detailed schedules, and budgets, including spend vs. actuals reconciliation.
• Forecast and allocate project-level resources and manage resource utilization.
• Execute proactive risk management and mitigation activities across all assigned projects.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and organizational leadership.
• Drive adherence to project management lifecycle principles and facilitate project closure activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Eagle, ID
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager, preferably within a technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex projects with strong budgeting and resource management skills.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and portfolio management software (ServiceNow preferred).
