What you will do

• Lead and manage the Carling Project Management team across the USA, Mexico, and China.
• Monitor project compliance and risks to ensure goals, quality, and objectives are met.
• Track project milestones to proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks threatening delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Plan human resource requirements for the development of new products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on corporate processes for New Product Proposals and the 5-Phase Development program.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, USA.
• B.S. in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a product development environment.
• 5+ years of Project Management engineering experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
• Experience interfacing with Automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 customers.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Design engineering experience.
• Bilingual skills.
