Lead Project Manager (Software)

Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of project team members to ensure on-time, on-budget, and error-free delivery.
• Manage project charters, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall project budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project management schedules and tracking charts.
• Coordinate across multiple functional disciplines and stakeholders from concept through implementation.
• Monitor project progress and recommend solutions to resolve bottlenecks or issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze complex situations and reach productive decisions.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Confluence and Power BI.
