Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage large-scale projects ($100M+), ensuring customer deliverables and internal KPIs are met.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project teams and resources, leading kick-off, periodic, and steering committee meetings.
• Control project costs against budget and provide detailed expenditure forecasts.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Translate contractual technical requirements into specific tasks for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience successfully managing several large-scale projects ($100M+).
• Ability to travel 50%+ within the United States and Canada.
• Strong leadership skills with experience reporting to executive and global management.
• Experience in cost development, budgeting, and financial forecasting for complex projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve partner/customer concerns effectively.
