What you will do

  • Lead the design, policy development, and implementation of competitive benefits programs across the LATAM region.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements for health, risk, and retirement programs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to build out benefits program and time-off tracking in Workday.
  • Participate in annual budgeting processes and track provider costs with the Finance team.
  • Support M&A HR activities including due diligence and integration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in international benefits administration with a focus on LATAM.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee data with integrity.
