Location: Remote, must be based in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, NYC/NJ, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, or Raleigh.
Salary: $150,000–$185,000 base + variable compensation (OTE $300,000–$370,000).

What you will do
- Identify and target potential clients including executives, regulatory leaders, and medical writers.
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to drive interest.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the product team to maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Track all interactions and pipeline data accurately within CRM tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the specified US metropolitan areas.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or software sales within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Documented experience in contract sales and SaaS or document management solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings and industry events.
- Must have valid work authorization for the United States.

- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, or ICH regulatory guidelines.
- Experience selling directly to startups and biotechs.
