TL;DR

Account Executive (Mid-Market, Life Sciences): Generating new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, and CROs for an AI-powered regulatory content and workflow management platform. Focus on driving adoption, managing the full sales cycle, and building high-value partnerships in the drug development industry.

Location: Remote, must be based in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, NYC/NJ, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, or Raleigh.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 base + variable compensation (OTE $300,000–$370,000).

hirify.global is a healthcare technology company building an AI workbench to streamline regulatory workflows and accelerate the therapeutic lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential clients including executives, regulatory leaders, and medical writers.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to drive interest.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the product team to maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Track all interactions and pipeline data accurately within CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in one of the specified US metropolitan areas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or software sales within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Documented experience in contract sales and SaaS or document management solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings and industry events.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with FDA, EMA, or ICH regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience selling directly to startups and biotechs.
  • Passion for AI and automation technologies.
