What you will do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategy and portfolio planning for the cardiometabolic suite, focusing on new product launches.
  • Define and articulate competitive positioning to differentiate Omada from competitors across all stakeholder audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM launches from pre-launch readiness through execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets, including sales decks, product guides, and web content to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop a team of senior product marketers, establishing operational rhythms and best practices.
  • Partner with clinical and product teams on evidence generation and thought leadership messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences (pharma, health plan, PBM, or digital health).
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing marketing talent.
  • Proven expertise in buyer research, messaging, positioning, GTM planning, and sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
