What you will do

• Define and execute a global commercial solutions technology roadmap aligned with enterprise and GBU priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to translate CRM and commercial needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
• Integrate AI and automation into commercial ecosystems to enhance customer engagement and sales productivity.
• Develop governance frameworks, delivery standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Execute vendor strategy, license optimization, and cost efficiency across the commercial technology landscape.
• Build and scale a centralized shared services model to deliver consistent capabilities across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 15+ years of relevant IT and digital leadership experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading CRM and commercial technology ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data integration, and platform governance in global environments.
• 3+ years of experience embedding AI and automation into commercial domains.
• 5+ years of experience leading global cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, med-tech, or pharma industries.
