Director, New Product Launch Strategy (MedTech): Designing and scaling the overarching Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new EEG product features and indications with an accent on commercial adoption and revenue growth. Location: Hybrid or Remote (US), with travel to headquarters required (1-2 weeks per month).
Salary: $211,000 - $241,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the comprehensive GTM roadmap and strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives.
- Oversee market analysis to identify macroeconomic trends, competitive threats, and high-value growth opportunities.
- Establish the foundational framework for product positioning and value propositions across all customer segments.
- Serve as the primary bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure unified market penetration.
- Synthesize insights from field engagement and customer advisory boards to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or commercial leadership.
- Strong preference for candidates from the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Masterful verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
- Previous direct sales or close commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.
