Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for administrator and clinical workflows on the cloud platform.
• Drive development for features like Proficiency Management, Analytics, and Fleet Management.
• Lead clinical workflow products including documentation tools and quality assurance systems.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to reduce manual clinician workload.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and clinical affairs to ship high-quality products.
• Translate complex healthcare requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, digital health, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping elegant UX for enterprise end users.
• Experience owning full product lifecycles from discovery through launch.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or intelligent recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior executive audiences.
