What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing to drive alignment and business impact.
- Conduct market, buyer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and growth opportunities.
- Plan and support product launches, including communications, enablement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Create content that supports the buyer journey and sales conversations, and enable sales/partner teams with tools and training.
- Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, scale programs, and measure marketing performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing experience, including 5+ years in marketing leadership/management roles.
- Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Strong product marketing experience: positioning, messaging, launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
- Ability to translate complex products and market insights into clear narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated cross-functional partnership with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teams.
- Strong analytical skills using data and KPIs to guide strategy and measure performance.
