TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (Fintech): Evangelizing the hirify.global value proposition and closing deals within top-tier US banks with an accent on identity risk, fraud, and compliance. Focus on managing complex multi-threaded sales cycles and building executive relationships.

Location: Remote (US). Hybrid for candidates local to New York City (Tuesday-Thursday in office).

Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance executives at the largest US banks.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to identify bank challenges, tech stacks, and strategic priorities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualification to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Solutions Engineering teams to develop outbound strategies and tailored demos.
  • Act as a thought leader in Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, and Credit Risk.
  • Deliver prospect and client feedback to internal hirify.global teams to support product evolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Enterprise sales role.
  • Proven track record of selling to US banks and/or knowledge of identity, fraud, and compliance.
  • Expertise in consultative sales and conducting complex discovery sessions.
  • Ability to translate technical and risk challenges into meaningful business value.
  • Must be based in the US; travel is required for the role.
