TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and account penetration within large Financial Services organizations in the Northeastern US with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles. Focus on articulating the business value of DataOps platforms to C-level stakeholders and managing multi-point prospect engagement.
Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in either the NYC or Boston office, with travel to customer sites as needed.
Compensation: $300,000 – $350,000 total compensation plus equity.

What you will do
- Drive maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the Financial Services territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to technical and business executives.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing and prospective enterprise accounts.
- Achieve logo acquisition and defined sales targets.
Requirements
- Must have deep experience selling complex technical products to large Financial Services organizations (Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Insurance).
- Proven track record of success and quota attainment in enterprise sales.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and IT Operations.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to NYC or Boston for hybrid work.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
