What you will do

• Manage the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Project manage the onboarding process to ensure successful deployment by coordinating internal and external activities.
• Identify and close renewals and expansion opportunities within the assigned book of business.
• Own all commercial activities, including opportunity management and contract workflows.
• Advise customers on best practices for platform usage and conduct regular business reviews with executive teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Risk teams to ensure swift resolution of account issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing Enterprise accounts and complex projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and G-Suite.
• Analytical and metrics-driven work style with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel when necessary.

Nice to have

• Background in e-commerce, payments, fraud, or data science.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker.
