TL;DR

Partner Program Manager (SaaS): Driving an exceptional experience for SIs, ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners with an accent on optimizing partner onboarding and communications. Focus on executing strategic initiatives, enhancing the partner journey, and managing key vendor relationships.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $116,960 - $171,900

What you will do

  • Lead partner onboarding processes, optimize support workflows, and manage ticket escalations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and manage partner communications, including monthly newsletters, quarterly product webinars, and feedback surveys.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding Twilio’s partner programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive engagement through partner events and certifications.
  • Maintain and update partner program documentation and enablement materials.
  • Execute project plans for strategic program initiatives in coordination with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, project management, or customer success focusing on partner engagement.
  • Strong ability to develop project plans, track milestones, and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with documentation management and content creation for program guides.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with partner or CRM stacks such as Salesforce, Impartner, MindTickle, and Crossbeam.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, specifically working with SIs, ISVs, and Technology partners.
