What you will do
- Provide technical and architectural guidance across the full lifecycle for solutions built on Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Support and enable Citizen Developers in creating AI agents, copilots, and Power Apps/Automate solutions.
- Act as a coach and mentor for the community, promoting best practices and reusable assets.
- Drive AI adoption by helping teams design and implement AI-powered use cases and LLM-based solutions.
- Ensure quality through solution design alignment, code reviews, and defined governance practices.
- Define and promote standards, guidelines, and security for Citizen Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- 2-5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) required.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and automation solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in community building, enablement, or training activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals and prompting techniques.
