is managing a large-scale international digital programme focused on embedding enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities into platforms and processes.
What you will do
- Design end-to-end architectures for GenAI and LLM-based solutions across various use cases.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Create reusable architectural patterns, including agents, pipelines, and orchestration layers.
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to guide implementation and mitigate delivery risks.
- Support feasibility assessments, POCs, and MVP planning for multiple initiatives.
- Contribute to architectural governance and the evolution of platform standards.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience designing AI-powered or LLM-based systems.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GenAI architectures, including RAG and vector databases.
- Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration patterns.
- Strong Python background and familiarity with modern AI stacks.
- Mandatory experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Ability to design modular, scalable architectures and integrate multi-component solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience working in enterprise-scale AI or digital transformation programmes.
- Exposure to platform engineering or reusable AI solution frameworks.
- Experience supporting POCs and rapid MVP delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Background working in distributed, multi-team technology organisations.
