What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead the development of LLM-powered applications, predictive models, and intelligent automation.
• Architect RAG pipelines and integrate vector database solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models from OpenAI and various open-source providers.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams while supporting pre-sales engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML development.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML architectures at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, transformer architectures, and RAG design patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Industry experience in healthcare, financial services, or retail.
• Experience with Java or Scala.
