What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI services.
• Implement Security Copilot capabilities and integrate AI-driven automation with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Build integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Intune, and Copilot Studio using APIs, connectors, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with responsible AI, data governance, privacy, and enterprise security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to internal teams to drive AI adoption and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• 5+ years of experience in AI, software, or platform engineering with strong Microsoft ecosystem focus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Security Copilot, and Microsoft Intune.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree desirable.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Security Operations Analyst preferred.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript advantageous.
