What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for business workflows and automation.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems using Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
• Enforce platform governance controls, including environment strategy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Manage the full agent lifecycle from intake and development to deployment and optimization.
• Monitor agent performance using analytics to improve quality and user experience.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florham Park, New Jersey for on-site work.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python for custom extensions.
• Knowledge of security controls including Entra ID, OAuth2, and Purview.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Required certifications: PL 400 or PL 600.

Nice to have

• Certifications: AI 102, AZ 204, SC 300, PL 300, or AZ 305.
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
