What you will do

• Scale and maintain CNN-based model zoos by adding new variants and improving accuracy.
• Develop and integrate LLM/VLM pipelines using Hugging Face APIs in Python and C++.
• Optimize model performance through pruning, quantization, and tuning using NXP tools.
• Build end-to-end inference pipelines and high-quality demos for NPU accelerators.
• Automate model testing, validation, and CI/CD workflows using Jenkins.
• Measure and profile AI workload metrics including latency, throughput, and power consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer, Systems, or Robotics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CV, NLP, or generative models).
• Experience with Linux environments, build systems, and GitHub.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with NPU architectures and compiler toolchains.
• Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, and ONNX.
• Knowledge of driver-level basics and hardware performance profiling.
