What you will do

• Own the global DTC upper-funnel experience including homepage, category pages, PDPs, and exploratory flows.
• Execute a product roadmap to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall revenue.
• Develop and scale AI-powered personalized experiences to improve user satisfaction and performance.
• Localize and transcreate site experiences for key international markets.
• Lead a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program to drive roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver growth initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in growth, eCommerce, or upper-funnel DTC environments.
• Proven track record of materially improving business metrics like conversion and revenue at scale.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end experiment design, hypothesis formation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to manage stakeholders in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization and AI-powered experiences in a consumer or eCommerce context.
• Familiarity with advanced experimentation platforms.
