What you will do

• Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap for four Shopify-based brands.
• Lead cross-functional teams across ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO.
• Optimize conversion rates and oversee site stability, speed, and infrastructure performance.
• Develop a unified account experience including memberships, bundles, and subscriptions.
• Act as internal PM for engineering and design, writing specifications and scoping builds.
• Launch new brands from the ground up and implement an AI-forward operating model.

Requirements

• 12+ years of ecommerce experience with deep Shopify DTC expertise.
• Proven track record of scaling a DTC business to $100M+.
• Experience utilizing AI to materially increase team output in design, code review, and analysis.
• End-to-end ownership of subscription strategies, churn reduction, and retention flows.
• Ability to function as a true internal PM for engineering teams rather than managing agencies.
