What you will do

• Plan supplier deliveries and maintain material information using SAP.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor material pickups and deliveries to meet business objectives.
• Act as a primary liaison between plant personnel and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
• Develop, monitor, and update daily customer delivery schedules to ensure fulfillment and target efficiency.
• Support change management projects, including engineering changes, resourcing, and new launches.
• Resolve receipt discrepancies via internal portals and validate data through cycle counts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• MRP experience is required (experience with SAP is preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
