What you will do

• Translate long-term plans into detailed, granular finite production schedules.
• Optimize resource allocation and minimize last-minute adjustments to ensure schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve execution gaps and address unplanned downtime.
• Monitor master data including run-rates, yields, and sequencing rules to ensure model accuracy.
• Conduct what-if scenario modeling to assess the impact of unplanned events and recommend adjustments.
• Present schedule risks and recovery plans during S&OP and S&OE processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in global supply chain, production control, and lean inventory techniques.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with SAP.
