N2 AMHS Equipment Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC AMHS equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor PRI 7000 and Turbo Stockers, PRI Guardian Reticle Stockers, PRI Aerotrak systems, and Daifuku parts management systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform consumable changes and other maintenance activities supporting equipment reliability and performance.
• Complete maintenance documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Metrology/Defect area.
• Specific knowledge of maintenance job functions.
• Associate degree in Electronics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience may satisfy the education requirement.
• Solid understanding of SPC and FDC, with the ability to use these controls to improve equipment performance.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces, and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
