Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 CAD

What you will do

• Assist with monthly reporting, including KPIs, spend tracking, and P&L variance summaries.
• Maintain and update recurring Excel templates and standard financial reports.
• Support budget and forecast cycles by gathering inputs and tracking submissions.
• Perform data pulls and reconciliations between systems to investigate variances.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, such as preparing support for accruals and reclasses.
• Create charts, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant internship or full-time experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Cobourg, Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP) and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting concepts.
