Location: United States (Excluding Hawaii)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end CSP onboarding lifecycle from RFO submission through activation and BAU transition.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between Sales, Marketplace, Billing, Finance, and Support teams.
  • Validate commercial, technical, and operational prerequisites for provisioning and billing.
  • Lead the structured transition of customers to BAU teams, ensuring they have required access and support channels.
  • Resolve operational blockers and coordinate invoicing-related issues, including credit/rebill actions.
  • Maintain visibility into onboarding progress by tracking milestones and managing risks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in cloud operations, order management, or customer onboarding.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft CSP lifecycle, including licensing, provisioning, and subscriptions.
  • Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or marketplace platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States (Candidates in Hawaii cannot be considered).
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
