What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing CRM team, managing prioritization and providing hands-on support.
• Oversee the delivery of multi-channel CRM programs, including campaign builds, lifecycle journeys, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Pre-Sales to scope projects and manage delivery pipelines.
• Analyze customer insights and performance data to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive operational excellence by refining processes and developing new CRM products for charity partners.
• Work with the microsite team to ensure a seamless user experience from communications to the website.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement programs.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for delivering complex multi-channel journeys at scale.
• Strong project management skills to balance multiple priorities and manage delivery risks.
• Strong analytical skills; knowledge of SQL is desirable.
• Experience working within an agency, consultancy, or charity environment.
