Salary: $122,900–$187,200

What you will do

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-prem-to-cloud migrations.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for multi-domain issues within cloud delivery engagements.
• Ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production stages.
• Drive resolution of high-severity incidents by coordinating with engineering, product, and cloud operations teams.
• Contribute to the improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and engagement models.
• Mentor and support other Cloud Delivery Specialists to build technical depth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience in cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements and managing stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure.

Nice to have

• Strong Pega platform knowledge (ideally CLSA or CSSA certification).
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, PCF, or GCP.
• Knowledge of application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss) and databases (Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, DB2).
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS/HTML.
• Experience with SOAP, MQ, and JMS integrations.
