What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for top Enterprise customers.
- Manage post-sales support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive escalations to ensure smooth operations.
- Map customer environments against industry best practices and the Well-Architected framework to identify security gaps.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain Technical Risk & Gap Registers to track architectural drift and emerging security threats.
- Utilize AI-powered analytics and workflows to optimize incident summarization, case prioritization, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or account management role.
- Proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies and senior leadership.
- Strong expertise in networking (Layer 7, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, GRE) and security (WAF, DDoS mitigation, Firewalls).
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as WireShark, traceroute, dig, and cURL.
- Knowledge of the OSI Model, proxies, and data center deployments.
- Ability to work from Austin, Seattle, or Denver and travel up to 25% of the time.
