Location: Remote (USA); associated hubs in Miami, Austin, Boston, Chicago, and Washington D.C.

Compensation: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the full monthly partner billing cycle, from gathering inputs to coordinating internal review and close.
• Own partner-facing communications, including sending billing emails and resolving inquiries.
• Triage and investigate data discrepancies, providing clear documentation for pipeline issues.
• Issue and track partner invoices in NetSuite, match POs, and confirm remittances.
• Coordinate onboarding for new partners by collecting tax forms and banking details.
• Support month-end close through account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing modules.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadline-driven monthly cycles independently.
• Professional written communication skills for direct external partner interaction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery for independent data investigation.
• Experience working at a high-growth technology, marketplace, or travel company.
• Knowledge of revenue share, commission, or variable partner billing structures.
