What you will do
- Own key billing processes including subscription management, invoicing, and dunning.
- Serve as an operational partner for commercial teams regarding pricing, quoting, and deal structuring.
- Manage customer operational requests related to purchase orders, payment methods, and billing inquiries.
- Analyze existing workflows to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Lead recurring operational reviews and data validation to ensure accuracy in the quote-to-cash process.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving system enhancements, automation, and AI implementation.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a hybrid format with weekly attendance at the St. Gallen office.
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Accounting, or Business Operations.
- Experience with customer-facing financial processes such as billing, invoicing, or order management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with billing and ERP platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- German language skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
