Salary: $84,900 – $124,800 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hirify.globaling for contract and strategic partners, ensuring accuracy in accordance with commercial terms.
• Manage A/R aging and lead collection efforts to reduce DSO and minimize write-offs.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations for AR, unhirify.globaled revenue, and deferred revenue.
• Design and maintain revenue and hirify.globaling reports for forecasting and management using tools like Tableau.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close tasks, including the preparation of complex journal entries.
• Ensure all processes and workpapers are SOX-compliant and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, specifically ASC 606.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proven track record of building new accounting processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for interacting with senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analytical tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
