What you will do

• Own AP/AR processes, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
• Automate and optimize financial processes on a continuous basis.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Manage vendor relations, handle payments, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in NetSuite.
• Assist the finance team with ad hoc reporting and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting support.
• Proficiency with accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a strong asset.
• Tech-savvy mindset with an interest in learning new automations.
• Experience working within startup environments.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Location: Must be based in Montreal, Quebec (hybrid)
