Focus on conducting executive-level demonstrations, defining long-term IT roadmaps, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Location: Argentina - Buenos Aires (Office-based, office-flexible, or remote depending on the team)

What you will do

  • Partner with C-level contacts and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
  • Solve ambiguous business problems by defining opportunities and recommending practical technical next steps.
  • Create and deliver executive-level software demonstrations and rapid prototypes to showcase connected experiences.
  • Develop long-term IT roadmaps and future-state customer journey strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them with the overall opportunity strategy.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer business needs and position the optimal Salesforce/hirify.global solution.

Requirements

  • B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, web technology, and related applications.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for high-level stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to solve technical problems in complex political environments.
  • Must be based in Argentina (Buenos Aires).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer within a CRM or similar technology company.
