What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers as the primary business point of contact throughout their CX journey.
- Develop actionable Customer Success Plans based on business value drivers, success criteria, and KPIs.
- Prescribe product features and services to help customers achieve specific business outcomes.
- Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews to track progress toward stated business objectives.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive customer advocacy and the continuous improvement of Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technology-related field.
- Must be based in Argentina.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Familiarity with the CX industry and technology to drive a consultative approach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
Nice to have
- Prior experience or knowledge of products.
- COPC certification.
