What you will do

• Execute and test Marketing, Servicing, and Regulatory communications across channels including Email, InApp, Push, and Direct Mail.
• Interpret communication requirements to set up workflows and segmentation lists.
• Perform manual auditing and validation of communications to ensure accuracy and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative Services, Legal, Compliance, and Data Engineering teams.
• Manage third-party vendors for communication deployment and account fulfillment.
• Develop KPI reporting to monitor growth and operational targets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Richardson, TX
• Strong SQL (Structured Query Language) skills.
• 1+ years of experience with communication automation tools and/or CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Adobe Campaign).
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Excel, HTML, Jira, and Gitlab.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong quantitative and data analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Consumer/Retail Banking.
• Strong project management background.
• SQL Certification.
