TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia (office-flexible/hybrid)

What you will do

  • Partner with clients and C-level contacts to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines.
  • Analyze ambiguous and sophisticated business problems to define opportunities and recommend practical next steps.
  • Design and deliver executive-level software demonstrations and rapid prototypes to showcase connected experiences.
  • Develop long-term IT roadmaps and future-state customer journey strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them with the overall opportunity strategy.
  • Conduct discovery and analysis to recommend strategic solutions that address core customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia
  • B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and web technology.
  • Solid oral, written, and presentation skills for collaborating in varied political environments.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology provider.
