What you will do
- Partner with clients and C-level contacts to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines.
- Analyze ambiguous and sophisticated business problems to define opportunities and recommend practical next steps.
- Design and deliver executive-level software demonstrations and rapid prototypes to showcase connected experiences.
- Develop long-term IT roadmaps and future-state customer journey strategies.
- Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them with the overall opportunity strategy.
- Conduct discovery and analysis to recommend strategic solutions that address core customer challenges.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of relational databases and web technology.
- Solid oral, written, and presentation skills for collaborating in varied political environments.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology provider.
